Every great technology project starts with a great design. Our team of technology engineers are ready to assist with the design of sound systems, video systems, LED boards, CCTV, electronic security, networking & IT, as well as other types of technology systems.
We start with a consultation regarding the project, we then briefly review the prelimanary construction plans, you will then recieve a design & engineering proposal from our team. Upon proposal acceptance, we will work closely with a participating parties to design a solution that will best fit the needs, wants, and budget of the project owner.
You can expect to recieve technical drawings, necessary 3D models, cable schedules, a detailed scope of work, a time-frame estimate, and an engineers pricing estimate for cost to construct the technology system.
SPEC Writing
If you do not need the full package from our technology engineering services and only need a specification to recieve bids on a project, we can still be of great assistance to you. Our team is able to compile a modern spec list and scope for you to distribute for a project. Whether you plan to send a project for public bid, or you intend to self source a contractor, a specification document ensures that all contractors are bidding the same solution so you can properly compare the bids you recieve.
Proposal review
Have you recieved a stack of proposals from various contractors for your technology project? Do you not understand the technical terminology and the differences between the various proposals you have recieved? Our systems engineers are experienced in job costs across difference geographical locations, and are able to review estimates you have recieved to confirm if contractor pricing is reasonable for the scope of work they are proposing. Our team will also translate the technical terms being used on the proposals into a langauge that is easy for you to understand, carefully explaining how the systems work and the key differences.
Pre-construction audits
Do you want to ensure you have selected a reliable contractor who is capable of completing the project they have proposed? Our team is able to audit contractors to ensure they have experience, certification, and licensing to perform the work they are proposing. We are also able to ensure they are properly insured for the type of project they are completing.
POST-CONSTRUCTION AUDITS
Are you questioning the work that has been completed on your recent project? Our team is able to visit locations nationwide to inspect the installation that has been completed by your contractor. We are able to provide punch lists on what should be corrected, or is not up to industry standards, allowing you a second opinion before you make a call back to the contractor.
